We got our letter.....

Our prayers (any yours) have been answered. On 6/2/2006 we received the call from our agency that starts the process. Now that we have the letter, it's time to wait on the KGB. Yes, the KGB now holds the next piece of the puzzle. The puzzle piece is a confirmation number that you must have in order to apply for the visa. Normally, the KGB takes between 7-10 business days and we are on day 6 now. When we get this number, we will have another 2-3 day wait on the visa. After that - time to fly.

We are tentatively planning to leave on 6/16/2006 and start the journey. I use the word tentatively due to the nature of international adoption.

Our plans -
Fly on 6/16, approximately 24 hrs of flight time and Pavlodar is 10hr ahead of us, so we should arrive in Pavlodar sometime Sunday. That is correct, we will arrive on Father's Day and what a gift that will be.
